Cooked mass can be discharged from the bottom. The speed of agitator is variable by means of D.C. drive or two speed A.C. drive. The drive and housing are fitted on the top. Steam pressure 8 - 10 bar. Batch cooker is suitable for production of hard candy, caramel, toffee, etc. capacity of vessel 40 kgs. for candy and 50 kgs. for toffee. Vacuum pump can be attached for candy operation.
